We recommend securing your date at least four weeks prior to your event. All orders are made to order and scheduled in limited production windows. While some requests may be accommodated within 5–7 business days, advance booking is highly encouraged to ensure availability.

Each of Olisa's creations are designed exclusively for your event, and pricing reflects the level of customization, design detail, scale, and production time involved. Our bespoke desserts are thoughtfully planned, artistically designed, and handcrafted to order — offering a refined experience that extends beyond the dessert itself.

• A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your date (100% for orders placed within seven days of fulfillment).
• The remaining balance is due one week prior to fulfillment.
• Retainers are non-refundable under all circumstances. In select cases, a credit may be issued for future use.
• Orders over $400 USD / 1500 AED must be finalized and paid in full 14 days prior to fulfillment.
• Once an order is accepted and fulfilled, all products are considered final.

My kitchen works with common allergens including dairy, wheat, soy, and nuts. While we take care in preparation, I cannot guarantee allergen-free products. Clients are responsible for informing all recipients of potential allergen exposure.

Absolutely! I encourage it! Every order is curated through a personal consultation to ensure your vision, aesthetic, and preferences are beautifully executed.

Our desserts are freshly made to order and best enjoyed the day of your event. If storing overnight, keep items tightly wrapped at room temperature. For longer storage, items may be frozen and thawed at room temperature prior to serving. I will provide individualized storage instructions upon order pick up/delivery.

Yes. Delivery is required for multi-tier cakes and starts at $25 USD / 100 AED. Rates vary based on order size and distance. Event setup is available as an additional service. Please inquire for a personalized quote.

Due to the handcrafted, custom nature of our desserts, all sales are final. In the rare event of an issue, we will gladly work with you to address concerns on a case-by-case basis through replacement or store credit where appropriate.
